How do I place an order?

Scheduled Deliveries– $20
We deliver your groceries to you when you want them! You can schedule your delivery for as soon as the next day or as far in advanced as you would like to. We encourage you to do this to ensure that you can have delivery at your desired time. You must order by 6:00 pm eastern time the day before you need your groceries delivered. Late arrival deliveries are accommodated when possible. Complete your order online. In the Ship to a different address? field check the box and fill out the form. Submit payment. That’s it. We will confirm the details and deliver your order directly to your cabin, hotel or condo. On the day of delivery you will receive a text confirming your delivery time. We work with you. We understand traffic can be slow or the kids get sick and you need to make extra stops!. We stay in touch and meet you when you arrive. No problem!
PreArrival Deliveries – $25
You must order at least 2 days in advance and as early in advance as you can for weekend deliveries. Weekends get completely booked during summer and fall.. Before ordering contact your rental company and inform them that you will be having your groceries delivered. They usually make a note of this on your reservation. We cannot make deliveries until housekeeping finishes usually around 3:00 pm. Because of this we do not guarantee that your delivery will be completed before 6:00 pm. We do our best to accommodate your schedule. Deliveries are made on a first ordered basis.
If you are renting through a program like VRBO or HomeAway please contact the owner to obtain permission for us to make the delivery. If they would like more information you can refer them to our chamber of commerce listing https://www.pigeonforgechamber.com/listing/sheris-store-to-door/

Can I cancel my order?
No cancellations are allowed after you have received a confirmation that your order is processing. We are personal shopper’s NOT a grocery store. Once we begin your order the grocery store will not issue a refund to us, so we cannot make refunds. We do our best to accommodate every request If you need to make any changes to your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are your delivery hours?
We schedule our deliveries between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm 7 days a week. If you are arriving outside our normal delivery hours let us know. We usually can accommodate all delivery times.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is added at checkout.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We use PayPal the safest, easiest way to pay. They accept Visa, MasterCard and debit cards.
How to pay with PayPal?
Simply choose PayPal when you select a payment option. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can quickly open one through your credit card or debit card and confirm your payment.
I have received an incorrect item or something is missing what should I do?

Do You Deliver Alcohol?
Please email us to inquire about delivery of alcohol. The laws in Tennessee are changing on delivery of these products. Currently we can not deliver these items but we may be able to do so in the near future!
What happens if something is out of stock?
We are a shopping and delivery service not a grocery store. We make every effort to get you the item you ordered. If an item is out of stock we will replace it with an item of similar and higher quality. If an item is sold out, discontinued or recalled and we can’t find you a replacement we will issue you a full refund.
