How Our Service Works



We deliver in the Great Smoky Mountains area of East Tennessee. Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville, Townsend, Wears Valley, .Pittman Center,  Cosby and some areas of Lake Douglas.

How do I place an order? 

Scheduled Deliveries$20 

We deliver your groceries to you when you want them! Let us know your desired delivery date & time in the notes section. You can schedule your delivery for as soon as the next day or as far in advanced as you would like to. You must order by 6:00 pm the day before you need your groceries delivered. For cabin deliveries you can text the provided number when you are arriving and our driver will bring your groceries to you. Late arrivals are accommodated if possible.


PreArrival Deliveries – $25

You must order at least 3 days in advance . Tell us your arrival date and approximate time you plan on being at your cabin, the cabin name and address, note whom you’re renting the cabin through and a local number to their office if you have been provided one. We cannot make deliveries until housekeeping finishes usually around 3:00 pm. Because of this we do not guarantee that your delivery will be completed before 6:00 pm. We do our best to accommodate your schedule.

Complete your order online and submit payment.That’s it! We will confirm the details and deliver your order directly to your cabin, hotel or condo. We even deliver to local homes and businesses.


Can I cancel my order?

No cancellations are allowed after you have received a confirmation that your order is processed as complete. We do our best to accommodate every request If you need to make any changes to your order please email us at


What are your delivery hours?

We schedule our deliveries between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday. 12 noon – 6:00 pm Sunday


Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is added at checkout.


Do I need to be home for you to deliver to me?

Yes. Someone 18 years or older must accept and sign for the delivery. If for any reason you miss your delivery time there will be a $15 redelivery fee.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal the industry leader in online secure payment processing. They accept Visa, MasterCard and direct drafts from your bank account. You do not need to have an account with them to use this payment service.


I have received an incorrect item or something is missing what should I do?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We promise to make it right on every order, every time. If you have a problem with your order please email us at


What happens if something is out of stock?

If an item  is out of stock we will replace it with an item of similar or higher quality for the original purchase price or refund in full your purchase price if an item is discontinued.


Do you honor in-store sales or coupons?

Since the prices you see in our inventory are our own, we are not able to honor in store sales specials or manufactures coupons. However we do offer weekly featured items.
